本隱私權政策說明松鼠鎖（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）如何蒐集、使用及保護您的資訊。本應用程式由松鼠鎖開發者（以下簡稱「我們」）營運，為位於台灣的個人開發者。
使用本應用程式即表示您同意本政策所述之作法。
一、我們蒐集的資訊
本應用程式設計上盡可能減少資訊蒐集。我們不要求您建立帳號、登入，或提供任何個人資訊。
我們蒐集的資訊分為以下三類：
匿名分析資料。
我們使用 PostHog 了解使用者如何使用本應用程式。PostHog 會在您的裝置上產生一組隨機的匿名識別碼，此識別碼不會連結至您的姓名、電子郵件或任何現實世界身分。我們使用此資料統計答題完成、付費頁面瀏覽、學習時段啟動等事件。
訂閱狀態。
當您購買進階版訂閱時，RevenueCat 會自 Apple 接收收據並告知本應用程式您的訂閱是否有效。RevenueCat 可能儲存匿名使用者 ID 及訂閱狀態。您的付款資訊完全由 Apple 處理，我們及 RevenueCat 均無法看到。
推播通知識別碼。
若您啟用推播通知，OneSignal 會自 Apple 接收匿名裝置識別碼，以便我們傳送學習提醒。此識別碼不會識別您的個人身分。
二、僅儲存於您裝置上的資料
下列資料絕不離開您的裝置，亦不會傳輸給我們或任何第三方：
- 您選擇鎖定的應用程式清單
- 您的學習時段排程與設定
- 您的答題紀錄、作答內容與學習進度
- 您的連續紀錄與時間銀行
- 任何透過 Apple 螢幕使用時間 API（FamilyControls）存取的資料
我們無法檢視、存取或還原這些資料。
三、螢幕使用時間資料
本應用程式使用 Apple 的 FamilyControls 框架鎖定您所選擇的應用程式。Apple 的框架不會讓我們存取您的使用統計、瀏覽紀錄，或您使用其他應用程式的相關資訊。我們僅能執行您所設定的鎖定規則。所選鎖定應用程式之清單僅儲存於您的裝置上。
四、題庫
本應用程式自 Firebase Firestore（由 Google 營運）下載英文題目。當本應用程式請求題目時，Google 可能會記錄標準伺服器資訊，例如您的 IP 位址及請求時間。我們不會將此類資訊與您建立關聯，亦不會儲存此類資訊。

- 您的姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼或地址
- 您的聯絡人、照片、行事曆或位置
- 您的訊息內容或瀏覽紀錄
- 您使用松鼠鎖以外應用程式的相關統計
- 任何可識別您個人身分的資訊
七、資料分享與販售
我們不販售您的資料。我們不與廣告商分享您的資料。我們不使用您的資料於其他應用程式或網站中追蹤您。
八、資料保存
匿名分析事件依 PostHog 標準保存期限保留。您可隨時透過重新安裝本應用程式重設匿名識別碼。儲存於您裝置上的所有資料將於您解除安裝本應用程式時刪除。
九、兒童隱私
本應用程式分級為 4+，適合所有年齡層使用。我們不會在知情情況下蒐集兒童的個人資訊。由於我們不蒐集任何人的個人資訊，此政策同等適用於兒童及成人。
十、您的權利
由於我們不蒐集個人資料，通常沒有可供我們提供、更正或刪除的個人資料。若您認為我們持有您的資訊，並希望行使適用法律（包括台灣《個人資料保護法》）下的權利，請透過下方聯絡方式與我們聯繫。
十一、政策變更
我們可能不時更新本隱私權政策。本政策頂端的「最後更新日期」反映最近一次變更。重大變更將透過本應用程式通知。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how 松鼠鎖 (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service. The App is operated by the developer of 松鼠鎖 (“we”, “us”, “our”), an individual developer based in Taiwan.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
The App is designed to collect as little information as possible. We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information.
The information we do collect falls into three categories:
Anonymous analytics.
We use PostHog to understand how people use the App. PostHog generates a random anonymous identifier stored on your device. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any real-world identity. We use it to count events such as quiz completions, paywall views, and session starts.
Subscription status.
When you purchase a Premium subscription, RevenueCat receives the receipt from Apple and tells the App whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat may store an anonymous user ID and your subscription status. Your payment details are handled entirely by Apple and are never seen by us or by RevenueCat.
Push notification token.
If you enable push notifications, OneSignal receives an anonymous device token from Apple so we can send you study reminders. This token does not identify you personally.
2. Information That Stays on Your Device
The following data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party:
- The list of apps you have chosen to block
- Your study session schedules and configurations
- Your quiz history, answers, and learning progress
- Your streak data and time bank
- Any data accessed through Apple’s Screen Time API (FamilyControls)
We have no way to view, access, or recover this data.
3. Screen Time Data
The App uses Apple’s FamilyControls framework to block apps you have selected. Apple’s framework does not give us access to your usage statistics, browsing history, or any information about how you use other apps. We can only enforce the blocking rules you configure. The selection of which apps to block is stored on your device only.
4. Question Bank
The App downloads English quiz questions from Firebase Firestore (operated by Google). When the App requests questions, Google may log standard server information such as your IP address and the time of the request. We do not associate this information with you and do not store it.

We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
- Your contacts, photos, calendar, or location
- The content of your messages or browsing
- Statistics about how you use apps other than 松鼠鎖
- Any information that could identify you personally
7. Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data to track you across other apps or websites.
8. Data Retention
Anonymous analytics events are retained by PostHog according to their standard retention period. You can reset the anonymous identifier at any time by reinstalling the App. All data stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, this applies equally to children and adults.
10. Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal information, there is generally no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold information about you and wish to exercise rights under applicable law (including Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act), please contact us at the address below.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
