本服務條款（以下簡稱「本條款」）規範您對松鼠鎖（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）之使用。本應用程式由松鼠鎖開發者（以下簡稱「我們」）營運，為位於台灣的個人開發者。

下載、安裝或使用本應用程式即表示您同意本條款。若您不同意，請勿使用本應用程式。

一、服務說明

本應用程式為一自我管理生產力工具，讓您於自有裝置上鎖定您所選擇之應用程式達您所設定之時段。欲解鎖被鎖定之應用程式，您須完成 TOEIC Part 5 風格之短篇英文題組。本應用程式專供使用者自我設限及英文學習之用，並非家長監控工具。

二、使用資格

本應用程式分級為 4+，任何人皆可使用。若您未達您所在地區之法定成年年齡，購買訂閱前應取得父母或監護人之同意。

三、帳號

本應用程式不需建立帳號。您的設定、進度與資料僅儲存於您的裝置上。

四、訂閱與付款

本應用程式提供選用之進階版訂閱，可解鎖額外功能。

價格。 進階版每月 NT$150 或每年 NT$990。其他地區之價格由 Apple 決定，並於本應用程式內顯示。

免費試用。 首次訂閱年方案者，可享 7 天免費試用。若您未於試用期結束前取消，訂閱將正式開始並向您的付款方式收費。

自動續訂。 訂閱於每個計費週期結束時自動續訂，除非您於當前週期結束前至少 24 小時取消。續訂費用將以訂閱當時所示之價格自您的 Apple ID 帳戶扣款。

管理與取消。 您可隨時透過 iPhone「設定」→「Apple ID」→「訂閱項目」，或透過 App Store 管理或取消您的訂閱。我們無法代您取消訂閱。

退款。 所有款項均由 Apple 處理。我們不直接提供退款。若您欲申請退款，請於 https://reportaproblem.apple.com 聯絡 Apple 客服。除 Apple 之標準退款程序外，我們不提供額外退款。

家人共享。 進階版訂閱支援 Apple 家人共享。

五、免費版與進階版功能

免費版可鎖定 1 個應用程式、設定 1 個重複學習時段、同時 1 個一次性專注模式，以及無限次答題。

進階版將上述限制擴展為可鎖定至多約 50 個應用程式（受 Apple 系統限制）、至多 10 個重複學習時段，並解鎖嚴格模式。啟用嚴格模式後，您將無法在學習時段自然結束前提前中止。嚴格模式專為希望採用較強自我承諾機制之使用者設計。請於各時段啟用前審慎考慮，因為一旦啟用，您將無法存取被鎖定之應用程式，直至時段自然結束。

進階版亦可在 0–5 分鐘 / 0–60 秒範圍內，自訂每種測驗形式答對與答錯所換取的時間。

各方案所含之具體功能可能不時調整，並將透過本應用程式通知。

六、重要免責聲明

鎖定機制並非絕對可靠。 本應用程式使用 Apple 之 FamilyControls 框架鎖定應用程式。在某些罕見情況下（例如系統更新後、裝置重新啟動、權限變更，或透過 Apple 尚未封閉之方式），iOS 可能允許存取被鎖定之應用程式。本應用程式無法保證在所有情況下被鎖定之應用程式皆無法存取。您不應將本應用程式作為管理重要責任或截止期限之唯一工具。

教育內容僅供參考。 答題內容以 TOEIC Part 5 風格設計，作為英文學習之用。我們不保證題目反映實際 TOEIC 考試內容、不保證使用本應用程式練習能提升您的 TOEIC 成績，亦不保證所有解析無誤。本應用程式為學習輔助工具，並非完整 TOEIC 備考課程之替代品。

非專業建議。 本應用程式不提供醫療、心理、教育或任何其他專業建議。若您有手機使用問題或強迫行為，請諮詢合格之專業人士。

TOEIC 商標。 TOEIC® 為 Educational Testing Service (ETS) 之註冊商標。本應用程式與 ETS 無關，亦未獲 ETS 認可。

八、智慧財產權

本應用程式之所有內容，包括但不限於使用者介面、程式碼、圖像，以及由我們撰寫之答題內容，均為松鼠鎖開發者或其授權人所有。您獲授予之授權為個人、非專屬、不可轉讓之授權，須依本條款及 Apple 標準 EULA 使用本應用程式。

九、第三方服務

本應用程式依賴第三方服務，包括 Apple 螢幕使用時間 API、PostHog、RevenueCat、OneSignal 及 Firebase。您對由此等服務驅動之功能之使用，亦受其各自條款及隱私權政策之規範。我們不對此等服務之中斷、錯誤或變更負責。

十、責任限制

於適用法律允許之最大範圍內，本應用程式以「現狀」及「現有」方式提供，不附帶任何形式之擔保。我們不對因您使用本應用程式所致之任何間接、附帶、衍生性或特殊損害負責，包括但不限於錯過截止期限、生產力損失或學習成效不彰。我們對本應用程式相關之任何請求之總責任，以您於請求發生前 12 個月內向我們支付之金額為上限。

本條款不限制依適用法律不得限制之任何責任，包括台灣《消費者保護法》下之責任。

十一、終止

您可隨時透過解除安裝停止使用本應用程式。我們得自行決定暫停或終止本應用程式或任何部分服務，包括因應違反本條款之情形。已啟用之訂閱將持續依 Apple 之退款與續訂規則處理。

十二、條款變更

我們可能不時更新本條款。頂端之「最後更新日期」反映最近一次變更。變更生效後您繼續使用本應用程式，即視為接受更新後之條款。

十三、準據法

本條款適用中華民國（台灣）法律，不適用其法律衝突規則。因本條款或本應用程式所生之任何爭議，以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院，但不影響強制性之消費者保護管轄規定。

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 松鼠鎖 (“the App”). The App is operated by the developer of 松鼠鎖 (“we”, “us”, “our”), an individual developer based in Taiwan.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

The App is a self-control productivity tool that allows you to block apps you select on your own device for periods you configure. To unlock the blocked apps, you complete short English quizzes in a TOEIC Part 5 style format. The App is intended for self-imposed focus and English study. It is not a parental monitoring tool.

2. Eligibility

The App is rated 4+ and may be used by anyone. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you should obtain consent from a parent or guardian before purchasing a subscription.

3. Your Account

The App does not require an account. Your settings, progress, and data are stored on your device only.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features.

Pricing. Premium is offered at NT$150 per month or NT$990 per year. Prices in other regions are determined by Apple and shown in the App.

Free trial. A 7-day free trial is available on the yearly Premium plan for first-time subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge will be applied to your Apple ID account at the price shown at the time of subscription.

Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or through the App Store. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Refunds. All payments are processed by Apple. We do not issue refunds directly. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Beyond Apple’s standard refund process, we do not offer additional refunds.

Family Sharing. Premium subscriptions support Apple Family Sharing.

5. Free Tier and Premium Features

The free version of the App allows blocking 1 app, configuring 1 recurring study session, 1 active one-off focus session at a time, and unlimited quiz sets.

Premium expands these limits to allow blocking up to approximately 50 apps (subject to Apple’s system limit), up to 10 recurring study sessions, and unlocks Strict Mode. When Strict Mode is enabled, you cannot end an active study session before it completes. Strict Mode is intended for users who want a stronger commitment device. You should consider carefully before enabling it for any given session, as you will not be able to access blocked apps until the session ends naturally.

Premium subscribers can also customize the time earned for correct and incorrect answers per quiz mode, within a range of 0–5 minutes (correct) and 0–60 seconds (incorrect).

The exact features included in each tier may change from time to time, with notice provided in the App.

6. Important Disclaimers

The blocking is not infallible. The App uses Apple’s FamilyControls framework to block apps. iOS may, in rare circumstances, allow blocked apps to be accessed (for example, after software updates, device restarts, permission changes, or via methods Apple has not yet closed). The App cannot guarantee that blocked apps will be unreachable in every situation. You should not rely on the App as your sole tool for managing critical responsibilities or deadlines.

Educational content is provided as-is. Quiz questions are designed in a TOEIC Part 5 style for English study. We do not guarantee that the questions reflect actual TOEIC exam content, that practising with the App will improve your TOEIC score, or that any answer explanation is free from error. The App is a study aid, not a substitute for a full TOEIC preparation course.

No professional advice. The App does not provide medical, psychological, educational, or any other professional advice. If you are experiencing problematic phone use or compulsive behaviour, please consult a qualified professional.

TOEIC trademark. TOEIC® is a registered trademark of Educational Testing Service (ETS). The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by ETS.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to the user interface, code, graphics, and quiz content authored by us, is owned by the developer of 松鼠鎖 or our licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services including Apple’s Screen Time API, PostHog, RevenueCat, OneSignal, and Firebase. Your use of features powered by these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in these services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed deadlines, lost productivity, or unsatisfactory study results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate the App or any part of the service at our discretion, including in response to a violation of these Terms. Active subscriptions will continue to be governed by Apple’s refund and renewal rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, subject to mandatory consumer protection venue rules.
